Gnana Kalpavruksha classes are designed to inspire focus, strength and faith in young minds through the learning and understanding of Stothras and their meaning. This makes the depth of philosophical thought of Shri Raghavendra Swami and hinduism in general accessible to children from an early age.
The program is ongoing and the class meets weekly on Sundays. Each class will build on what has been learned before committing the stothras to memory but also allowing for new kids to join in on an ongoing basis. The children will have several opportunities to recite the learned stothras at NESRS Brundavan events.
The curriculum will start with Stothras and stories but will evolve over time to include other types of content and also potentially cater to specific age groups.
The program is conceived as a parent-kid interactive experience (mandatory for kids under the age of 10). This allows for practice at home and also a deeper instilling of the value of these learnings. Parents will be expected to help in assisting to keep the class moving smoothly.
If you are interested in this program but you have constraints such as distance etc., please contact us at. We can discuss options. Please also let us know if you would like to become an instructor.
